Terms of Service (English)

Last updated: October 9, 2026.

By using Se Va a Liar (the website at sevaaliar.com and the Android app) you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What the service is

Se Va a Liar is a game where you vote between two options and see the result live. You can browse questions and results without signing up; voting or proposing questions requires signing in with Google.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping access to your Google account. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. You can delete your account at any time -- see Delete my account.

3. Rules of use

Not allowed:

  • Proposing questions or posting messages with offensive, discriminatory, sexual, violent or illegal content. The automatic filter blocks most of it, but the final call on what gets published is ours.
  • Trying to manipulate results: multiple accounts from the same person, bots or automated votes.
  • Using the service to harass other people.

Reporting and blocking. From inside the app you can report any person or message, and block anyone you would rather not see again: their liadas and comments stop showing up and they cannot challenge you. We review reports ourselves and they may end in the content being taken down or the account being closed; blocking, on the other hand, is your own private decision, and the other person is not notified.

4. Content you post

The questions you propose and your Combat Room messages are publicly visible. You keep ownership of what you write, but you grant us permission to display it within the service for as long as it exists.

5. Tokens, premium and ads in the app

The Android app has purchases: the Premium subscription (monthly), skin packs and coin packs. They are all charged through Google Play and governed by its terms; we never see or store your card details. The subscription renews by itself until you cancel it from Google Play, and refunds are handled by Google under its own policy. Coins and skins are digital content inside the game, with no value outside it. Ads are served by Google AdMob in the app and Google AdSense on the website.

6. Service availability

Se Va a Liar is a personal project, with no guarantee of continuous availability. We may change, pause or shut down the service at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

9. Contact

For any question about these terms: [email protected].

10. Changes

We may update this document; the date above reflects the current version.
